Facilitating Preparation for CISSP®

This workshop prepares the attendees to the CISSP certification examination. CISSP is considered to be the most prestigious certification for IT security professionals. The workshop introduces the ten domains that are included in the CISSP Body of Knowledge. These ten domains cover the engineering, architecture and management aspects of security and expose the best practices addressing the issues in these aspects.

This is a 5 days program alternatively 10 half days evening sessions.

Facilitating Preparation for PMP® Examination

The workshop is based on PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge) of PMI (Project Management Institute), U.S.A. - Facilitating Preparation for PMP® Examination as per third edition of PMBOK (2005)

This program is designed to expose the participants to an integrated approach to Project Management. It is designed to develop the basic knowledge needed to manage projects effectively and is a first step toward PMP certification. Comprehensive sections including sample questions on each knowledge area and planning processes are covered. There will be also discussions on other matters of PMP exam, assignments and plan for post course studies for PMP.

This is a 4 days program with contact sessions, online practice and class room mock tests.

Facilitating Preparation for ITIL® Examination

ITIL introduces a process oriented way of working with IT, all focused on delivering high quality and guaranteed IT services to the IT customer. Advantages of working in a "process way" are listed below:
